Thai Parcels Exercises 2 Million TPL-W1 Warrants
Thai Parcels (BKK:TPL) reported the exercise of 2.14 million TPL-W1 warrants in the fourth exercise period, according to a Wednesday Thailand Exchange filing.The warrants were exercised at 0.70 baht per share on June 30, resulting in the issuance of 2.14 million new common shares.Following the exercise, 281 million TPL-W1 warrants remain outstanding, the logistics and parcel delivery company said.
