Thai Nondestructive Testing to Form Two New Subsidiaries
Thai Nondestructive Testing has received board approval to establish two new subsidiaries tentatively named NDT Company and E-Beam Company, according to a Wednesday filing to the Thai stock exchange.NDT will be formed as a wholly-owned subsidiary to procure personnel for testing and inspection services. Meanwhile, E-Beam will also be a wholly owned subsidiary focused on providing sterilization irradiation services.Both new companies will be formed within September and will support the company's service business and generate stable revenue.
