T.Man Pharmaceutical Sets Up Family-Focused Consumer Products Arm
T.Man Pharmaceutical (BKK:TMAN) completed the establishment of a new subsidiary, Lamoon Lifecare 26, according to a Thursday filing with the Thailand Exchange.The subsidiary entered into an asset purchase agreement with an unnamed company to acquire assets linked to its business operations.Lamoon will import and distribute products related to mothers, children and families, including dietary supplements, cleaning products and cosmeceuticals.The investment will be funded through proceeds from the company's initial public offering.
