Thai Mui Raises THB23 Million Via Rights Offering
Thai Mui (BKK:THMUI) completed a fully subscribed rights offering, issuing 85 million new shares at 0.27 baht per share, raising 23 million baht in gross proceeds.The shares were offered to existing shareholders on a 4-for-1 basis, according to a Friday Thailand Exchange filing.The subscription period ran from July 9 to July 15, with no shares remaining unsubscribed, the Thai industrial products distributor said.
