Teka Construction Bags THB730 Million Construction Project
Teka Construction (BKK:TEKA) secured a project worth 730 million baht from Siri NT1 for The Monument Sathon residential project.The project comprises a 29-story residential building with three basement levels, according to a Monday Thailand Exchange filing.Teka Construction will undertake piling, structural engineering, architectural and exterior works.Construction is scheduled to begin in October, and is expected to take 38 months to complete, it said.
