Saha Pathana to Buy Out Eastern Thai Consulting for Up to THB110 Million
Saha Pathana Inter-Holding (BKK:SPI) board approved the acquisition of the remaining shares in Eastern Thai Consulting 1992 for up to 110 million baht, according to a Thursday Thailand bourse filing.The deal will boost the company's stake in Eastern Thai Consulting 1992 to 100% from 40% upon completion.The company plans to acquire the shares from existing shareholders at no more than 895 baht per share, based on ETC's book value as of Dec. 31, 2025.The investment is intended to strengthen its support for its industrial estate development business and drive long-term growth.The company will fund the deal via its working capital, the company said.
