Rojana Industrial Park Forms New Unit
Rojana Industrial Park (BKK:ROJNA) has established a new subsidiary, UP Residence (Nong Yai), according to a Monday filing with the Stock Exchange of Thailand.The new unit will be enagaged in apartment rental business and will have a registered capital of 30 million Thai baht, comprising 300,000 shares.The move is part of the company's business expansion and investment strategy.
