PTT Oil and Retail Business to Dissolve Overseas Subsidiaries
PTT Oil and Retail Business (BKK:OR) approved the dissolution of two overseas subsidiaries, according to a Tuesday filing with the Thailand Exchange.Shares of the fuel and retail company were down nearly 1% in Wednesday trading.The units, PTTOR Lao Import & Export and OR Vietnam were held indirectly through PTTOR International.The dissolutions are part of the company's business portfolio optimization strategy to reduce excess costs.
