The One Enterprise Unit Boosts Stake in NANGMAEWPA & ONE to 70%
The One Enterprise (BKK:ONEE) unit ONE SANOOK increased its stake in NANGMAEWPA & ONE to 70% from 55% through a capital increase and the purchase of shares, according to a Friday Thailand Exchange filing.Shares of the media and entertainment conglomerate gained over 1% in Monday's late morning trade.The total investment amounted to 47.1 million baht, comprising 37 million baht for the capital increase and share premium, and 10.1 million baht for the share purchase.The company said the investment aims to support future growth by expanding revenue streams, strengthening its content business across online and offline platforms, and improving audience reach.
