Mud & Hound Board OKs THB300 Million Working Capital Loan
Mud & Hound Public Company's (BKK:MUD) board has approved a 300 million baht working capital loan, according to a Thursday Thailand Exchange filing.The loan has a two-year tenor at 10% interest, and is to be repaid at maturity or earlier.The company has also restructured and expanded its shareholder meeting agenda to include approvals for financial assistance arrangements and related-party support.
