MPJ Logistics Uses Nearly THB290 Million of IPO Proceeds
MPJ Logistics (BKK:MPJ) has used 289.7 million Thai baht by June 30 from the 318 million baht it raised through its initial public offering in October 2024, according to a Thursday filing to the Thai stock exchange.A majority of the funds, amounting to 185 million baht, were used for the company's subsidiary MPJ Warehouse Development to increase capital in its subsidiaries for its restructuring capital and settling loans.The company also used 150 million baht to repay MPJ Warehouse's financial institution loans.After deducting the expenses, MPJ Logistics now has 11.8 million left from the IPO proceeds.
