MMM Capital Signs Sales Management Pact for 1.34 Billion Thai Baht
Real estate developer MMM Capital Public Company (BKK:MMM) has entered into a sales management (hybrid) agreement with Bless Asset Group Public Company for the guaranteed purchase of a real estate project in Bang Phli Yai, Thailand, according to a Monday filing to the Thailand bourse.The total value of the project is estimated at 1.34 billion Thai baht across 339 units of two-to-three storey townhouses/The first phase of the project includes 38 units valued at 102.04 million baht.
