Gulf Development to Buy Leasehold Rights to Bangkok Property for 400 Million Baht
Gulf Development (BKK:GULF) agreed to acquire the leasehold rights to a land parcel and building from Gulf Holdings (Thailand) for 400 million baht, according to a Monday filing with the Stock Exchange of Thailand.The property, located on Witthayu Road in Bangkok's Pathum Wan district, will support the energy company's business operations.Upon completion of the transaction, which is expected in the third quarter, Gulf Development will become the direct lessee of the property.
