Ekachai Medical Care's Subsidiary to Establish New Unit in September
Ekachai Medical Care's (BKK:EKH) wholly owned subsidiary Ekachai Nursing Home will establish a subsidiary called Koon Bangna in September, according to a bourse filing on Thursday with the Stock Exchange of Thailand.The new unit, with a total investment of 270 million baht, will operate a specialized hospital providing palliative care services through a team of medical specialists, the filing said.Ekachai Nursing Home will hold 75%-80% in the new unit, Narai Property will hold 15%, and medical professionals will hold the remaining 5%-10%, it said.Shares of Ekachai Medical Care added 2% in recent trade.
