East Coast Furnitech Completes THB1.26 Billion Capital Increase
East Coast Furnitech (BKK:ECF) completed the registration of a previously approved capital increase with Thailand's Department of Business Development on Wednesday, according to a same-day filing.The furniture manufacturer's registered capital increased by 1.26 billion baht to 9.09 billion baht through the issuance of up to 251.6 million new shares, it said.
