Dusit Thani Secures Regulatory Nod to Issue Up to THB1.5 Billion Debentures
Dusit Thani (BKK:DUSIT) received approval from Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission to issue and offer debentures of up to 1.5 billion baht to institutional and high-net-worth investors.The three-year unsecured and unsubordinated bonds carry a fixed annual coupon of 5.2%, with semi-annual interest payments and an issuer early redemption option, according to a Tuesday filing from the hospitality company.Proceeds from the issuance will be used to repay the company's outstanding 1.5 billion baht debentures, due in July. The issuance is scheduled for June 18.
