Cho Thavee Faces Possible Delisting Over Negative Shareholder Equity
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has designated Cho Thavee (BKK:CHO) as subject to possible delisting after it reported negative shareholders' equity of 1.14 billion baht for 2025, according to a Monday Thailand Exchange filing.The exchange said it will post a non-compliance sign from July 20, while the suspension sign will remain in place as trading has been halted since March 4 over the company's failure to submit its 2025 annual and first-quarter 2026 financial statements on time.Cho Thavee has until Aug. 20 to disclose its plan to address the delisting grounds and will have three years, until July 20, 2029, to restore positive shareholders' equity or face possible delisting.
