Thai Bourse Suspends Trading of Banpu, Banpu Power for Amalgamation
Thailand's Stock Exchange will suspend trading in the shares of Banpu (BKK:BANPU) and Banpu Power (BKK:BPP) for 10 business days from July 17 till Aug. 3, according to a Thursday bourse filing.The suspension follows a request from both companies to facilitate preparations for the allotment of shares in a new entity to shareholders, along with other arrangements required for the listing of the new company's securities on the exchange.
