X Bioscience Completes Sale of Subsidiary Eastern Cuisine (Thailand)
X Bioscience (BBK:XBIO) completed the disposal of its ordinary shares in its subsidiary Eastern Cuisine (Thailand) Company, according to a Tuesday filing to the Thai stock exchange.Eastern Cuisine deals in the manufacturing and distribution of shabu and sukiyaki food products under the brand name "KAGONOYA".Under the deal, signed in June, the company sold 14 million ordinary shares of 10 Thai baht each, representing a 100% shareholding, to Arthit Kitsanapiyawan for up to 1 million baht.
