Aztec Minerals Raising C$5 Million in a Bought-Deal Private Placement of Share Units
Aztec Minerals (AZT.V) said Wednesday iit is raising C$5.0 million in a bought-deal private placement of 15.6-million share units priced at C$0.32 each.The units are made up of a share on one half of a two-year warrant to buy a share for C$0.32.The company aims to use the net proceeds to conduct exploration work on its Tombstone gold-silver & CRD silver-lead-zinc-copper-gold project in Arizona, US, and its Cervantes gold-copper project in Sonora, Mexico, as well as for general working capital purposes.The offering is expected to close on or about Sept. 22, 2026.The company's shares closed up C$0.03, or 9.1%, to C$0.36 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
