Pure Energy Minerals to Acquire Railroad Valley Project in Nevada from Ameriwest
Pure Energy Minerals (PE.V) entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire the Railroad Valley property in Nevada from Ameriwest Critical Metals (AWCM.CN).Under the terms, Pure Energy will issue 8 million shares and grant Ameriwest a 2.0% net smelter royalty, Pure Energy said Monday.The property comprises 213 unpatented mineral claims covering a prospective lithium brine target, according to Pure Energy.
