Zuleika Gold Boosts Stake in CZR Resources; CZR Resources Shares Rise 5%
CZR Resources (ASX:CZR) said substantial holder Zuleika Gold (ASX:ZAG) raised its holdings in the company to about 645.3 million shares from about 633.6 million previously, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.Zuleika now has voting power of 62.05%, up from 60.92% previously, per the filing.CZR Resources shares advanced 5% in recent Wednesday trade, while Zuleika Gold shed 6%.
