Waypoint REIT H1 Earnings, Revenue Down
Waypoint REIT (ASX:WPR) logged AU$0.1006 in earnings per security for the first-half, compared with AU$0.2046 a year ago, a Thursday filing showed.For the six months ended June 30, revenue from ordinary activities was AU$81.5 million versus AU$82.4 million previously, the Australia-listed real estate investment trust added.The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.0425 per share, up from AU$0.0412 a year earlier, payable Aug. 31 to shareholders on record as of June 30.The company expects 2026 distributable earnings per security of AU$0.1714, representing 3% growth from the prior period.
