Venus Metals Declares Special Dividend of 25 Million Rox Resources Shares
Venus Metals (ASX:VMC) declared a special dividend of around 25 million ordinary shares in Rox Resources (ASX:RXL), representing a current value of about AU$10.3 million, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.The distribution of 0.1212 Rox shares per ordinary share in Venus is expected to be made on July 17 to Venus shareholders of record as of July 10, per the filing.Venus Metals said it has not yet declared a planned cash special dividend of around AU$35 million in aggregate as the company is finalizing its franking position.
