SPC Global Opens Entitlement Offer
SPC Global (ASX:SPG) opened its fully underwritten 1-for-0.1993 pro rata renounceable entitlement offer to raise about AU$97.1 million on Friday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.Eligible shareholders will have the opportunity to acquire one new share for every 0.1993 shares held at an offer price of AU$0.10 apiece, the filing said.The entitlement offer will close June 2, following which the results will be disclosed on June 5.
