Revolution Private Credit Income Trust Confirms No Exposure to Property Development Loans
Revolution Private Credit Income Trust's (ASX:REV) responsible entity, EQT Holdings' (ASX:EQT) unit Equity Trustees, said the fund has no exposure to property construction or development loans, nor any debt exposure to Bathla Group, Public Hospitality Group or JDH Group, according to an Australian bourse filing on Thursday after market hours.EQT and Revolution Asset Management said property development and construction fall outside their investment strategy.
