Nido Education Acquires Four Child Care Services for AU$9.1 Million
Nido Education (ASX:NDO) has completed its AU$9.1 million acquisition of four child care services, including one in South Australia and three in Western Australia, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.Together, the four acquired services operate 348 locations with an average daily fee of AU$197, per the filing.
