Garda Property Group Secures New Seven-Year Lease at Queensland Property
Garda Property Group (ASX:GDF) secured a new seven-year lease at 69 Peterkin Street, Acacia Ridge in Queensland with Lindsay Australia (ASX:LAU) starting January 2027 for a total rent of AU$1.4 million per year, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.The lease covers the 6,262-square-meter warehouse at AU$190 per square meter and the previously unleased 5,581-square-meter balance of land, to be used as hardstand, at AU$40 per square meter, the filing said.Tasman KB, the current tenant that leases the warehouse through to May 2027, will move to the 8,018-square-meter tenancy at 38-56 Peterkin Street with its lease extended to January 2028, per the filing.Lindsay Australia shares fell nearly 2% in afternoon trade Wednesday.
