ION Video Extends Operating Runway to December 2027 Following Option Exercises
ION Video (ASX:IOV) raised AU$612,498 through the exercise of options issued in 2023, with the funds combined with further cost control initiatives expected to extend its operating runway to December 2027, a further six months from previous expectations, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.The company said the extended runway is also supported by anticipated research and development tax incentive receipts in the UK and Australia, while its representatives are currently in the US progressing commercial discussions for potential proof-of-concept engagements with several organizations across various sectors.
