Hartshead Resources Confirms Court Hearing Date for Proposed Acquisition by ACAM GP
Hartshead Resources (ASX:HHR) said the Supreme Court of Western Australia will hold a hearing on June 11 to consider approving ACAM GP's proposed acquisition of the company via a scheme of arrangement, subject to shareholder approval at the scheme meeting on June 8, according to an Australian bourse filing on Thursday after market hours.Under the proposal, shareholders would receive AU$0.014 for each fully paid ordinary share and AU$0.0007 for each partly paid ordinary share, the filing said.Shareholders seeking to oppose the scheme at the court hearing may do so if they file and serve a notice of appearance and supporting affidavit on the company at least one day before the hearing, the filing added.
