GDI Property Group Chairman Resigns

GDI Property Group (ASX:GDI) said that its Chairman, Giles Woodgate, plans to step down from the role on Aug. 25 and it appointed James Warburton as Woodgate's successor, commencing on the same date, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.Warburton is Chairman of Tinybeans Group. His appointment is to the boards of both GDI Property Group and GDI Funds Management, the responsible entity of GDI Property Trust.

GDI Property Group Extends Tranche A Maturity of Syndicated Facility

GDI Property Group (ASX:GDI) extended the maturity date of tranche A of its syndicated facility by two years to February 2029 from February 2027, while the maturity date of tranche B and all other material terms and conditions remain unchanged, according to an Australian bourse filing on Tuesday after market hours.The facility has a total limit of AU$421.5 million, evenly split between tranche A and tranche B, with AU$343.3 million currently drawn, the filing added.

GDI Property Group (ASX:GDI) declared a dividend of AU$0.025 per security for the six months through June, payable Aug. 31 to shareholders of record as of June 30, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.The dividend is unchanged from a final distribution the company declared in February for the six months through December 2025, and from its dividend in the year-ago period.

GDI Property Group to Sell Remaining Autoleague Portfolio Assets for AU$42.8 Million

GDI Property Group (ASX:GDI) reached deals to sell the remaining five properties in the Autoleague portfolio, owned by GDI No. 46 Property Trust, for about AU$42.8 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.The company acquired the 17-asset portfolio in February 2020 for AU$98 million and started selling it down in early fiscal 2025. Following the settlement of the last five assets on Aug. 19, investors are expected to receive a final capital return of about AU$0.344 cents per unit, bringing aggregate capital returns to over AU$1.40 per unit.GDI owns a roughly 47.2% stake in the trust and will receive about AU$12.2 million from the final capital return, as well as disposal and performance fees of about AU$6.2 million, the company said.
