Flynn Gold Signs Non-Binding Ore Purchase Agreement With Kaiser Reef's Henty Gold Mine
Flynn Gold (ASX:FG1) executed a non-binding ore purchase agreement with Henty Gold, a unit of Kaiser Reef (ASX:KAU) and operator of the Henty gold mine in western Tasmania, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.The company said the agreement establishes the framework and indicative commercial terms under which the Henty Gold Mine may buy ore or concentrates without further commitment.The agreement provides Flynn Gold with additional support to accelerate project development activities, including resource drilling activities planned at Golden Ridge, the filing added.
