Ceretas Lists on ASX, Raises AU$8 Million at AU$0.25 Per Share
Ceretas (ASX:CTS) was admitted to the official list of the Australian Securities Exchange on Tuesday, July 21, with securities commencing quotation on Thursday, July 23, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.The company said it raised AU$8 million under its second replacement prospectus dated July 7, through the issue of 32 million fully paid shares at AU$0.25 per share.
