Credit Clear (ASX:CCR) said ICE Investors acquired 5.001% voting power in the firm on Tuesday and became a substantial holder, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.ICE Investors holds 25.3 million fully paid ordinary shares of the firm.Its shares climbed 4% in recent trading on Thursday.
