Little Green Pharma (ASX:LGP) appointed Jennifer Pilcher as chief financial officer, commencing in the role on August 24, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.The company said Pilcher spent six years at Cann Group (ASX:CAN), most recently serving two years as chief executive officer, and has previously held chief financial officer roles across several ASX-listed life sciences and technology businesses.The company's shares fell 1% in recent Thursday trade.
