Austco Healthcare's (ASX:AHC) Austco Marketing & Service (Asia) unit secured a 10-year maintenance contract valued at about AU$4.2 million, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.The contract covers the maintenance of the Tacera Clinical Care Communications platform at the Jurong Health Complex in Singapore, which includes the Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and the Jurong Community Hospital, per the filing.The company said the contract period runs from Oct. 1 to Sept. 30, 2036.Austco Healthcare shares fell past 4% in recent Friday trade.

Austco Healthcare Sees Fiscal Year 2026 Revenue Up to AU$95 Million, Shares Hit Over One-Year Low

Austco Healthcare (ASX:AHC) expects fiscal year 2026 revenue in the range of AU$90 million to AU$95 million, up 11% to 17% on fiscal year 2025 revenue of AU$81.4 million, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.The company sees earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) in the range of AU$14 million to AU$14.6 million, up 7% to 12%, and EBITDA margin up almost 16%.The company said it has continued sales momentum across all regions, underpinned by new contract wins in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and the US.The company's shares fell 18% in recent Monday trade, their lowest since late 2024.
