Acusensus (ASX:ACE) was awarded a master agreement by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to supply statewide real-time speed enforcement services for highway work zones in the US state, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.Under the Agreement, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's orders for enforcement camera services would see Acusensus supply, deploy, operate, and maintain a fleet of camera trailers. An initial order ofaround $2.1 million is expected to be placed by the cabinet.The initial term of the agreement runs from Aug. 1 to July 31, 2028, and may be extended for three further one-year periods, to July 31, 2031.

Acusensus (ASX:ACE) extended its existing agreement with the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads for the provision of mobile phone and seatbelt enforcement technology, with an incremental contract value of about AU$4.3 million excluding goods and services tax, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.The company said service terms for the initial batch of fixed sites and trailer units have been extended and aligned to an end date of Nov. 30, 2027, the filing added.The company's shares rose 1% in recent Monday trade.

Acusensus (ASX:ACE) secured an extension to its mobile speed camera services agreement with Transport for New South Wales beyond its original June 30 expiry, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.The extension is valued at around AU$16 million per six-month period, per the filing.The contract has been extended under a deed of variation for six months from July 1 to Dec. 31, with Transport for New South Wales retaining an option to extend it for a further six months into 2027, the filing said.The company stated that the tender process for a new long-term mobile speed camera services contract with Transport for New South Wales remains in progress, the filing added.The company's shares rose 9% in recent Monday trade.

Acusensus to Grow US Headcount Amid Record Sales Pipeline; Reaffirms Fiscal 2026 Guidance; Shares Down 6%
