Arras Minerals Upsizes Bought Deal Financing to $21.74 Million
Arras Minerals (ARK.V) on Tuesday said it upsized a bought-deal share offering to $21.74 million from $15 million.The company will now sell underwriters 15.98-million shares priced at $1.36 apiece.The company also granted underwriters an over-allotment option to buy an additional 2.4-million shares for additional proceeds of up to $3.3 million.Proceeds will be used to fund exploration and development of its properties in Kazakhstan and for working capital and general corporate needs.
