Apex Critical Metals Down 14% as It Upsized a Private-Placement Unit Offering to $15.0 Million
Apex Critical Metals (APXC.CN), down 14% on last look, upsized a private placement financing by 50% to $15.0 million, the company said on Tuesday.Apex will now issue up to 7.9-million units priced at $1.90 apiece and made up of a share and a two-year warrant to buy a share for $2.60.The offering is expected to close on June 2.Proceeds will be used to fund exploration of the company's Rift, CAP, and Lac Le Moyne projects, and for general working capital purposes.Apex Critical Metals shares were last seen down $0.30 to $1.90 on the Canada Securities Exchange.Price: $1.90, Change: $-0.30, Percent Change: -13.64%
