Almaden Minerals Says Arbitration Hearing Dates Delayed to July 2027
Almaden Minerals (AMM.V) said Friday a hearing for its international arbitration proceedings against Mexico had been rescheduled from December to July next year.The delay will also allow the hearing to be extended from six to 10 days, a statement said.Almaden is pursuing the claim along with Almadex Minerals (DEX.V), which held a 2.0% net smelter returns royalty on the project. Mexico's environmental authorities did not approve the permit in December 2020.Almaden Minerals shares were last seen down C$0.01 to C$0.26 on the TSX Venture Exchange.Price: $0.26, Change: $-0.01, Percent Change: -3.70%
