Advasa CFO Katharyn Field Resigns; Shares Tumble
Advasa (ADBT) said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Katharyn Field stepped down from her position on Aug. 27.Chief Executive Grady Ryther will become the interim CFO until the company finds a successor. It said it has already launched a search for a permanent CFO.The company said Field's resignation was due to personal reasons and not because of any dispute or disagreement with Advasa, its management, or its board of directors.Shares of the company were down 13%.Price: $3.05, Change: $-0.63, Percent Change: -17.12%
