Íslandsbanki (ISB.IC) will offer Tier 2 bonds in a single-price auction on Thursday, according to a Monday release.
The bonds will carry a floating interest rate linked to the one-month Reykjavík interbank offered rate, with interest paid monthly and the principal repaid in a single payment at maturity. The bonds, which will be issued under the Icelandic bank's EMTN program, will have a final maturity date of Sept. 24, 2036, with a call date in September 2031 and on every interest payment date thereafter.
The settlement date is Sept. 24, with bonds expected to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Iceland the same day.
