Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology (SHA:600522), or ZTT, posted a 52% jump in first-half attributable net profit to 2.39 billion yuan from 1.57 billion yuan a year ago.
Earnings per share rose to 0.70 yuan from 0.46 yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
Operating revenue climbed 31% to 30.9 billion yuan from 23.6 billion yuan in the previous year.
The Chinese communication products manufacturer's shares fell 2% during the morning trade.
