Net sales climbed 7.2% to 228.37 billion yen for the full year ended March 31 from 213.13 billion yen in the prior year.
The company declared a year-end dividend of 20 yen per share, payable from June 11.
For the fiscal year 2026, the company expects attributable profit of 49.7 billion yen, EPS of 56.20 yen, and net sales of 241.9 billion yen.
Zozo plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 20 yen per share each for the year, which is higher than the amount in the year-ago period.
