Zhuhai Rundu Pharmaceutical Wins China Approval for Pain Relief Drug

Zhuhai Rundu Pharmaceutical (SHE:002923) obtained drug registration from China's medical products regulator for 75- and 100-milligram dosages of diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets.

The drug is indicated for chronic arthritis, soft tissue rheumatic pain and acute mild to moderate pain, according to a Friday fling with the Shenzhen bourse.

Shares of the pharmaceutical company closed 1% higher Friday.
