Zhuhai CosMX Battery to Invest 15 Million Yuan to Boost Capital in Equity-Participating Company

Zhuhai CosMX Battery (SHA:688772) will invest 14.7 million yuan to increase the capital of equity-participating company Guangdong National New Energy Storage Research Institute, or the National Research Institute, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The listed company will then subscribe to 4 million yuan of the National Research Institute's newly registered capital.

Zhuhai CosMX Battery directly holds 14% of the equity of the National Research Institute.
