Zhongman Petroleum and Natural Gas Invests 10 Million Yuan in Partnership Fund

Zhongman Petroleum and Natural Gas (SHA:603619) invested 10 million yuan in a partnership fund, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.

The fund, Tiancheng Zhongke (Henan) Technology Achievement Transformation Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), will have a total capital of 100 million yuan. It will invest in technology transformation projects, with a focus on early-stage enterprises such as seed-round and angel-round companies.

The oil and gas company will own 10% of the fund's capital.

The company's shares rose 2% at the close.
