Zhongjin Gold (SHA:600489) forecasts a 52% to 71% rise in its net attributable profit to between 4.05 billion yuan and 4.55 billion yuan in the first half from 2.69 billion yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The gold mining company attributed the expected increase to higher sales prices of its gold, copper and sulfuric acid products.
