Zheneng Jinjiang Environment (SGX:BWM) provided an update on ongoing discussions regarding a potential transaction involving the company's shares.
The waste-to-energy operator said confidential negotiations are still in process, and that no decision has been made and no agreement has been signed at this stage, according to a Singapore Exchange filing on Thursday.
The talks began earlier this year.
