Zhejiang Qianjiang Biochemical Transferring 225 Million Yuan in Assets to Subsidiary

Zhejiang Qianjiang Biochemical (SHA:600796) will transfer about 224.9 million yuan in net assets to wholly-owned subsidiary Qichao Biotech, in a no-consideration transfer.

The transfer includes assets, liabilities, and employee relationships from the Biochemical Branch production base as part of a relocation project.

The move aims to optimize asset structure and operational efficiency without changing the consolidated reporting scope.

Shares of the biochemical company closed 2% lower Thursday.
